In the Middle East, the registration of tool warrantys—between our client (a Fortune 500 tool company) and its dealer network—relied on an Excel file.
That's why every update entailed risks: human error, loss of information, and a validation system that was impossible to scale. Dealers needed real traceability and end customers had no way of verifying whether the tools purchased had valid warranties.
The process needed to take a qualitative leap. It wasn't just about digitizing, but about building a solution that would generate trust, ensure data integrity and connect all actors with clear and available information at all times.
We developed an application in the cloud, Fixed Price Program, custom-designed. The new system replaced Excel sheets with a robust and accessible platform, where each warranty record is validated by country and role, reducing errors to a minimum.
Thanks to the work of Tres Pi, now distributors can quickly track sales and access information in real time, while customers verify their purchases and guarantees with total transparency.
Registration and consultation became processes available 24/7 from anywhere, with greater data security and full traceability. What used to be a slow and vulnerable flow has become an agile, reliable operation ready to grow with new integrations, from reports to advanced analytics or connection to billing.

Deep Discovery
The project began with discovery sessions where the entire warranty registration process was mapped. This is how we understood the friction points, identified real needs of each profile and defined the flows that should be supported on the platform.
User Journey of course
With this information, differentiated journeys were designed for distributors, customers and administrators. Each one obtained specific access and traceability in their actions, ensuring that the system was useful and secure.
Scalable architecture
The backend was developed in Node.js with Express and a PostgreSQL database. This structure ensured data integrity, intelligent validations by country and the possibility of growing in the future with new functionalities.
Intuitive interfaceFor the user experience, a frontend was built in ReactJS, which allowed for agile and accessible navigation, both for distributors who register guarantees on a daily basis and for customers who only need to verify the validity of a specific product.

Results
The platform completely replaced the manual files, reduced operational errors and gave distributors and customers immediate access to reliable information. With reinforced security and a system ready to grow, the project not only solved a critical problem, but also opened the door to new opportunities for integration and analytics.
