From a manual and fragmented process to an intelligent integration that transformed warranty management

Facom, a leading French brand in professional precision tools, offers a
lifetime warranty for your customers. Pero His guarantee system didn't speak
with SAP
. The team needed to duplicate records, manually validate each claim, and working with fragmented information. Thousands of requests per month were lost between slow platforms and processes.

At Tres Pi, we take on the challenge that many people avoid: integrate SAP with the system Facom Warranty and keep everything going. We design an architecture that automates data exchange, we implement secure authentication and notifications in real time, and we eliminated repetitive tasks that slowed down the operation.

The second challenge was just as big: handle hundreds of daily claims with
photographic evidence without affecting performance
. We redesigned the flow,
we optimize queries with smart meters and connect the infrastructure
to Akamai NetStorage to ensure fast charging, stability and scalability.

The result: a solid, fast and lively platform. More than 55,000 users,
300,000 requests and 500 daily claims processed
with images and
full traceability. Three years later, it is still active, stable and demonstrating that with a small team and the right strategy, the impossible is also integrated.

Agile, secure and collaborative integration.

Agile planning and methodology
We work with a hybrid Scrumban methodology, which combines the structure
of Scrum with the flexibility of Kanban. This dynamic allowed us to maintain a
constant flow of deliveries, prioritize tasks according to impact and adapt quickly
to the changes.

Global collaboration and continuous communication
Teams from France, India, the United States and Colombia collaborated on time
real throughout the process. Each sprint included technical validations, tests
functional and performance settings, ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation breaks.

Technical efficiency and performance
Each phase of the project added concrete improvements:

  • SAP—Warranty integration: automatic product synchronization,
    orders and deliveries.

  • Optimization of claims: agile image loading, intelligent queries
    and scalable architecture.

  • Security and Stability: advanced authentication, continuous monitoring and
    validation in real environments.
