Challenge and Solution
Challenge and solution
We face the challenge of responding to a high demand for audiovisual content in a global technology company, with tight schedules, rigorous creative standards and an accelerated work dynamic. Globant has an internal audiovisual team, however, the company's demand for audiovisual content exceeded the production capacity of its internal team.
To avoid blockages and bottlenecks, our solution was to integrate ourselves as strategic allies of their team, providing capacity, creative judgment and a flexible process that made it possible to sustain quality even under time pressure.

Methodology and Tools
METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS
Methodology and Tools
We had an important objective: build a long-term strategic relationship, making us Globant's preferred audiovisual ally to complement its internal capacity. We started the relationship with a scalable monthly fee model, which Evolved from 30 seconds to 1 minute thanks to sustained consumption and the value generated for the customer.
We define a clear and adaptable production flow, capable of responding to demanding times without sacrificing order or quality. This approach allowed us to execute more complex projects, such as the multilingual production of Playground, maintaining narrative and technical consistency.
From the start, the role of the account executive was key to working proactively: not only do we coordinate the execution, but we provide ideas, structure content and accompany each piece from conceptualization to final delivery, consolidating ourselves as a strategic ally and not just an operational one.

This project was possible thanks to a multidisciplinary audiovisual team that worked in a coordinated and organized manner. Each part of the team was articulated to respond to high levels of demand within the allotted time. This is how we understand audiovisual production at Tres Pi
This project reflects how we work at Tres Pi: with a proactive mentality, rigorous attention to detail and a real capacity to adapt to changing contexts. We faced high demand, tight schedules and high standards, which led us to optimize processes, strengthen internal communication and raise our level of precision in each delivery. We learned to simplify without losing quality, to navigate complex dynamics and to take care of both the final result and the team that makes it possible. For us, Doing the job well involves getting involved, learning along the way and building long-term relationships based on trust and consistency.
