Challenge and Solution
Challenge and solution
Marval's digital transformation project was one of the most ambitious that we have developed: a comprehensive redesign that combined strategy, design, technology and content to take a brand with more than 45 years of history to the next level.
Before this process, Marval had a functional site, but limited in experience and conversion:

Our challenge was to build more than just a website. We create a scalable digital ecosystem designed for the user.
We apply Design Thinking to understand real users — families, investors and first-time buyers — and we design an experience that will accompany them from inspiration to decision.
The result was a next-generation real estate platform, developed on a hybrid architecture with React and Django/Python, connected to your CRM and scheduling tools.
A fluid and personalized experience that combines advanced search engines, comparators, dynamic maps, profiling quizzes and optimized conversion flows.
Today, Marval has a digital presence that not only shows projects, but also connects people with their dreams and transforms the purchase decision into a memorable experience.

METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS
Methodology and Tools
Before designing, we conducted interviews with different client profiles — investors, young families and first-time homebuyers — to understand what they expected when looking for a real estate project online.
From those conversations, the user people and experience maps that revealed the critical points of the digital journey: unuseful filters, lack of information on work progress and little direct interaction with advisors.
Based on these findings, we applied techniques of Card Sorting and we validate the information architecture through navigable prototypes in Figma, ensuring logical, intuitive paths focused on the real needs of the user.
Together with the client, we defined a communication guide for Marval: close, modern and reliable, capable of digitally reflecting the brand's prestige.
Each text was written with purpose. From inspirational headlines to microcopies that invite action, all content was developed under a unified narrative, oriented both to Storytelling Like Al SEO.
We created storyframes for key sections—projects, contact and comparator—to ensure that each word reinforced the experience and conveyed the value of the brand.
We developed an adaptable visual language, with modern typography, colors consistent with Marval's identity and a clean layout that prioritizes clarity and usability.
Each interaction was designed to guide the user: visible filters, clear calls to action, short forms and interactive maps.
We integrate microinteractions and subtle animations that provide dynamism without sacrificing performance, making navigation an agile and attractive experience.
We built a robust and scalable platform, with a hybrid frontend that combines the best of both worlds:
The backend in Django/Python centralizes inventories, prices and construction statements using a REST API that connects the site with the CRM and marketing tools.
In addition, we integrated Zoho Bookings so that users schedule appointments directly with a
The technical and positioning strategy was as rigorous as the design.
We define local keywords with high intent, we optimize more than 100 projects with unique metadata and we execute redirects 301 to protect SEO after the migration.
We create clear, frictionless conversion flows: visible forms, support chat, strategically placed scheduling buttons and minimum load times
The development was carried out under the Scrum methodology, with 12 collaborative sprints that allowed us to validate advances in real time and adjust priorities according to customer needs.
This agile approach facilitated communication between multidisciplinary teams—design, development, content and marketing—and guaranteed an efficient, flexible and results-oriented process.
Tools used: Figma, Webflow, React, Django, Python, Zoho Bookings, GA4, GSC, GTM, ClickUp, Zoho CRM.

Marval's new digital ecosystem exceeded all expectations for performance and growth. In the first few months after its launch, organic traffic, interaction and conversion reflected the impact of a comprehensive strategy that combined technology, design and content in the same direction.

Marval is synonymous with trust, and our challenge was to bring that essence to the digital world. At 3pi, we combine strategy, design and technology to build a real estate experience that combines emotion, efficiency and vision of the future. Today, the brand has a platform ready to continue growing and accompanying thousands of families to their next home.
