Challenge and solution
Time Manager, SaaS platform specialized in time control and project management, needed to renew its website. The existing site did not reflect the sophistication of the tool or connect emotionally with its target audience: legal firms, consultancies, auditors and agencies.
The challenge was redesign from a more modern and technological perspective, inspired by references such as Apple, to communicate not only functionality, but value strategic and profitability that it brings to the business. Added to this was an organizational challenge: the CEO's vision came indirectly, generating iterations and rework in the design process.
Our solution was to rethink the narrative, prioritizing benefits over features, and implementing a design Aspirational UX/UI and sober that would convey innovation and trust. The result: a clear, attractive and oriented site lead capture qualified using forms and demos.

Results
The new site raised the perception of Time Manager and ordered his proposal for professional services firms. The benefit-oriented narrative, navigation by solution and type of user make the web a commercial asset: explains what it solves, who it helps and how to get started, encouraging opportunities for the sales team.
