Various car dealers in the United States faced the same problem: your business operation relied on disjointed tools such as spreadsheets, physical schedules and isolated systems. This made it difficult to track sales, evaluate employees and track objectives. Key information was lost or late, affecting decision-making, productivity and the sales team's experience.
The challenge was to design a solution that would unify all these processes in a single digital ecosystem, without interrupting the daily workflow. At Tres Pi we developed SmartTek, a platform composed of web and mobile applications that centralize business operations, allow you to view results in real time and improve coordination between stores, leaders and sellers.

Applications designed for each role:
We designed a web app for administrators and business leaders, a mobile app for sellers and a web module for users. Each tool responds to specific needs: goal monitoring, commission visualization, loading sales data, internal ranking and performance analysis.
Robust technological architecture:
We implement a microservice-based solution that guarantees scalability, independence between modules and operational efficiency. Technologies were used such as Kafka, RestQL, MongoDB and Socket.io, integrated to manage multiple stores under the same instance without losing speed or security.
Modern and functional front-end:
We use Angular, PrimeNG and React Native for develop intuitive, visual applications adapted to different devices that administrators and vendors use. This made it possible to maintain the smooth experience, both on desktop and on mobile.
Iterative process based on real users:
We collect information directly in the field. We observed how the teams worked, analyzed the tools they used, mapped friction points and we design flows according to your daily life. We created wireframes, did usability tests, adjusted flows and deployed in controlled phases to ensure adoption and stability from day one.
