One of our customers in the tool manufacturing industry
needed to solve a critical challenge: manage more than 80,000 locations scattered in old systems, duplicated and disconnected. This resulted in inconsistent information, slow manual processes, and a great difficulty in scaling with new brands and users. This was affected by low operational efficiency and an unreliable user experience.

Our answer was Organization Manager, a comprehensive platform that turned chaos into a robust and scalable system. The solution integrated a mass migration of more than 50,000 locations without data loss, accurate searches and visualizations with Google Maps ensuring dynamic interactivity to say goodbye to static maps, we developed a robust advanced security system to protect information with authentication tokens. We ensure an architecture ready to grow with external brands and handle a high volume of data and operations without compromising performance.

Efficient processes and technology in action.

We opted for the SCRUM agile methodology, working on iterations that allowed us to show constant progress and ensure that the customer had clarity at every stage of the process. Each cycle included planning, daily meetings, customer reviews and retrospectives to adjust quickly. This allowed full transparency in progress, deliveries and timely feedback. The technology stack included:

  • Docker, to ensure standardized development environments.

  • MongoDB, to manage a modern and flexible database for large volumes of information.



  • Node JS and React JS Frameworks of JavaScript that powered a
    solid backend and an agile and interactive frontend.



  • Integration with Google Maps for accurate geolocation and with Akamai NetStorage for high-level security and efficient user management.

Organization Manager ceased to be a technical project to become the source of business truth, designed to manage more than 10 brands with a presence in more than 60 countries. It currently consolidates
More than 80,000 locations active, of which 50,000 were migrated without errors, and supports
a community of more than 1,000 active users who work daily with reliable and secure information. The queries in the database are now a 40% faster, which represents more agile decisions and streamlined internal processes. Rather than solving a problem, the platform laid the foundations for a scalable, efficient operation ready for future growth.
