When every day counts and every art matters, the process is everything.

Huggies®, the iconic brand of Kimberly-Clark's BCC (Baby & Child Care) division, faced the challenge of implement your new visual identity in markets such as Colombia, Costa Rica and the Caribbean.

The project included two fronts: adapt physical packaging (bags, boxes and multipacks) and create optimized digital versions for ecommerce platforms such as Walmart, PriceSmart and the brand's official store.

The challenge wasn't just graphic: we had to comply with country-specific guidelines, phased deliveries per plant and very tight schedules.

From Tres Pi we activated a specialized team, clear processes and collaborative tools to deliver more than 600 artworks ready for digital production and publication in a short time.

Physical packaging design:

Physical packaging design:

We adapt more than 200 packs for diapers and 25 for wet wipes, including sub-brands such as Natural Care, Triple Protection, Daily Cleaning and 4-in-1. Each piece was adjusted to local regulations and prepared according to the corresponding printing plant.

Digital version for ecommerce:

From physical designs, we generate more than 400 3D packages, ready for publication in the main marketplaces. Each one was optimized to the technical and visual specifications required by Walmart, PriceSmart and the official Huggies® store.

In just four months, we managed to deliver more than 600 parts adapted for printing and 3D digital images. Each delivery met the technical, visual and logistical standards required by a global brand like Huggies®.

Thanks to our collaborative approach and clear processes, the brand was able to enter the market with consistency, agility and operational control.
